Bookshelf AI Publishing Solutions LLC ("Bookshelf AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates bookshelfaipublishing.com and related tools, products, and services, including the BLAQ Question Finder and our workshops, and Community Impact Partnerships (collectively, the "Services"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of the people who use our Services ("you").

Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Stripe processes your payment data under its own terms at stripe.com/privacy.
Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
Content you submit. Text, prompts, business descriptions, or other material you enter into our AI-powered tools so the tool can generate its output for you.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Provide, operate, and improve the Services and deliver the outputs you request;
• Process transactions and deliver purchased products, including emailing you completed reports or files;
• Communicate with you about your account, purchases, and support requests;

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure
Certain Services use artificial intelligence to generate outputs based on the information you provide. Content you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers solely to produce the result you requested. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and are provided for informational purposes; they do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Transactional emails necessary to deliver a product you purchased may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.
